Migrations and integrations

We migrate online stores and business systems from old platforms, databases and spreadsheets, including products, customers, order history and documents. You lose neither data nor Google rankings. We also connect to any system that has an API: accounting, banks, couriers, marketplaces, suppliers, CRM and warehouse.

Documents imported from the previous software sit in the same list, and numbering continues without a gap on the switch-over day

What problems we solve

Most businesses do not start from a blank page. They have an OpenCart store that is outdated but holds ten years of orders. They have accounting software nobody is going to replace. They have a courier, a bank, a supplier with a feed and an Excel sheet that “only Maria understands”. A new system is of little use if all of that stays outside it and someone keeps retyping it by hand.

So we do two things. We move the data from the old system to the new one without losing an order, a customer or a Google ranking. Then we connect the new system to everything else that has an API, so information moves on its own and nobody has to retype it.

Online store migration

We move stores from OpenCart, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and other platforms to Shopify. We migrate products with their variants and images, categories, customers, order history and reviews. Copy can be moved unchanged or rewritten and translated during the migration.

In a migration, a lost Google ranking costs more than a lost product. So we redirect every old URL to the new one and keep or improve the search titles and descriptions. Before go-live we count products, customers and orders on both sides and show you the differences. We do not rely on assurances that “everything went through”.

Migration from an old system, database or Excel

When you replace warehouse software, a CRM or document software, we move customers, items, stock, open orders and documents. Numbering continues without a break, because tax authorities do not like gaps. The old system stays available for reference until the new one has proven itself on live data.

Integrations with any system that has an API

If a system has an API, we connect to it. If it has no API but exports files or a feed, we can still connect. We work with:

  • REST and GraphQL APIs: Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces, CRMs, warehouse systems.
  • SOAP and older interfaces: banks, government systems, some couriers.
  • Webhooks: events arrive the moment they happen, without waiting for the next check.
  • Files over FTP/SFTP, XML and CSV feeds: suppliers, price lists, stock.
  • Couriers: Speedy, Econt, ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, BOX NOW, Sameday, DHL and others.
  • Advertising and analytics: Meta, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Search Console.
  • AI models: for reading invoices and PDFs, translation, classification and writing copy.

How it works

  1. We map which data sits in which system and which system leads for each field: stock, price, status, customer. Without that rule, a sync sooner or later starts arguing with itself.
  2. We run a trial migration or connection on a copy and reconcile the numbers with you.
  3. We migrate the data or switch the connection on live. Every request carries the external identifier, so a repeated event never creates a second movement, order or shipment.
  4. Every refusal from an outside system is logged with its reason and shown on screen. It does not stay buried in a log nobody reads.
  5. Every hour a check compares both sides and shows mismatches before someone hears about them from an angry customer.

What you get

  • The new system starts with the full history: orders, customers, documents.
  • Google rankings are kept, because old URLs lead to the new ones.
  • Data moves between systems on its own and nobody retypes it.
  • A clear rule for which system leads for each field.
  • Refusals and mismatches show up straight away instead of staying hidden.
  • The integration code is yours, and you pay no monthly fee for a “connector”.

Modules in this solution

Online store migration

We move your store from OpenCart, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop or another platform to Shopify: products with their variants and images, categories, customers, order history and reviews. We redirect the old URLs to the new ones so you keep your Google rankings. Before go-live we count everything on both sides and show you the differences.

Migration from an old system or Excel

We move the data from your current software, database or spreadsheets into the new system: customers, items, stock, documents and open orders. Document numbering carries on without a gap. We reconcile the numbers before go-live, and the old system stays available for reference until the new one has shown it works correctly.

Integration with any system that has an API

We connect to any system that has an API (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, webhooks, files over FTP/SFTP or XML/CSV feeds): accounting software, banks, couriers, marketplaces, suppliers, CRMs and warehouse systems. Every request carries the external identifier, so a repeated event never creates a second movement. When the other system refuses something, we log the refusal with its reason.

Two-way synchronisation

When two systems hold the same data, such as stock, prices or order status, we decide which one leads for each field and build the sync around that rule. Nobody has to argue about which system is right. A check catches mismatches and shows them on screen instead of letting them pile up unnoticed.

Old website migration

We move the pages, copy and images from the old site into the new theme. Old addresses redirect to the new ones, so you keep your rankings and inbound links. After the switch, visitors do not land on broken pages.

Documents from the old software

We move the documents from the previous software into the database, and numbering continues from their last number. An order that already has a document there does not get a second one. Reports run without a gap through the day of the switch.

History from the old store

We bring over orders and customers from the store's previous platform. They appear in the main list next to the new orders, sorted by date. Customers go into Shopify without duplicates, and the history is loaded so that new order numbers carry on after the old ones. The migration leaves warehouse stock unchanged.

Products from another store

New products from a WooCommerce store arrive in Shopify as drafts, with their images, barcode and price. The system rewrites the copy to the store's standard and translates it into the market languages. A person reviews each draft and publishes it.

Supplier feed import

The system reads supplier feeds on a schedule and updates products, prices and stock by itself. New items show up in a separate list, and you add them to the store from there. Supplier stock reaches the storefront without anyone copying it by hand.

Frequently asked questions

Will the store stop during the migration?

No. We build the new store separately and launch it when it is ready and checked. The old one runs until the last moment, and we bring over the orders from the final days before the switch.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly. Every old URL is redirected to the new one with a 301, and titles and descriptions are kept. That is why redirects are part of the migration itself and are not left “for later”.

Our software has no API. Can you still connect to it?

There is almost always a way: a file export, database access, an emailed report or a feed. If the data really has no way out of the software, we will tell you before we start.

What if the other system changes its API?

Then the connection starts returning refusals, and each one is shown with its reason. We maintain the integrations and adapt them when an outside service changes its rules.

How much does an integration cost?

It depends on the system and how much data moves in each direction. The price is in the offer and is paid once, with no monthly connector fee. The code stays yours.

Got a process that keeps getting stuck?

Describe it briefly. We will tell you how we would solve it.
