About us

BS Management is a Bulgarian company based in Stara Zagora. We are a young, business-minded team and not a classic software house. We build systems for commerce, warehouse, shipping, documents and advertising to the client's specification. We create them with artificial intelligence under strict rules and pre-approved standards.

Many of our modules were first built for our own online business. We use them every day and know where systems get stuck. Our warehouse runs on a scanner and a printer, our parcels go out with several couriers to several countries, and our documents come out of the same system. Every mistake we have seen there has become a rule we follow when we build for clients.

So we keep things simple: fewer intermediate states, fewer settings and a clear moment for every action. Any automatic action or state the system keeps on its own can get stuck one day without anyone noticing. We add them only when they are really needed.

When the system refuses something, it says why and what the next step is. We do not hide a button that fails. First we check whether the refusal is correct. A check that stops a wrong action always leaves a way forward.

We work with Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces such as eMAG, eBay and Kaufland, couriers such as Speedy, Econt, ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA and DHL, the Meta and Google ad platforms and AI models. Besides client systems we develop our own products: BS Omni ERP, Easy App, MyCRM, UltraFeeds and Blesno.

We only say “done” once we have seen the real result: a record in the database, a printed label, a document that has reached the customer. Something working on screen proves little. It counts when it works in the warehouse.

The system we build for you becomes your property. There are no licences and no per-user fee, and the system can grow with the business.
