How we work
Everything is built to your specification. The work goes through five steps, and each one has a clear end.
We are not programmers
We are young people (some of us perhaps not that young) who think like business owners. We are traders and have dealt with the warehouse, the couriers, the documents and the advertising ourselves. We are not a classic software company and we do not pretend to be one.
We create the software with artificial intelligence: Claude, Codex and several other models. We work to a written standard. Before every change we state the cause of the problem in one sentence, make the smallest change that fixes it, and only say “done” once we have seen the real result: a record in the database, a printed label, a document that has reached the customer.
Not being programmers actually helps us. We are not tied to one language, one framework or a habit from ten years ago. We pick the latest technologies and solutions that serve the goal we share with the client: a business that runs more easily and earns more. When something better comes along, we switch.
We know what the client wants to see because we built it for ourselves first. Our warehouse, our parcels, documents and ads go through the same systems every day, with real orders and real money. We ran into most of the traps in our own business first, so in the client's system they are already solved. Every client's system is different, and sometimes something jams there. When it does, we know where the problem comes from and fix it quickly.
Brief
You tell us how you work today and what is not working. We look at the process on site or on screen: who presses what, what gets retyped, where people wait. We write down what the person should see at the end and what the real problem behind the symptom is. We ask all our questions at this stage, in one go.
Offer
You receive a written offer with the scope, modules, stages, timeline and price. It also lists what is not included, so there are no surprises. There are no hidden licences and no per-user fee. You can start with one module and add more later.
Build
We work in stages and show you working screens instead of presentations. We check each stage with real data along the real path: a real order, a real label, a real document. You try it and tell us what to change before we move on.
Launch
We migrate the data from the old system or spreadsheets and check that the numbers match. We train the team at their workplace, on their own tasks. We go live together with you, and during the first days we stay close and fix whatever comes up on the spot.
Support
The system, including the code and the data, is your property. We maintain it, watch for errors and react when an outside service changes its rules. We develop it and add modules as the business grows, without starting over.
